After a decade of dreaming and two failed attempts by jeep, Martin finally managed to reach a remote, and totally improbable limestone pinnacle he had first spotted from a float plane during his first expedition to Kalimantan. The Broken Roads of Borneo tells the story of an audacious solo bikepacking expedition, using abandoned logging roads to recce the Sandukui Pinnacle, in the context of massive deforestation and a career spent using expeditions and exploration to communicate environmental stories
The evening will be hosted by one of our presenting team and there’ll be prizes from our tour partners.
