12.00 Postcards from the Peak: carrying a 26kg, Royal Mail Postbox to conquer loneliness.Stu SkinnerStu Skinner began Postcards from the Peaks with a slightly ridiculous idea to carry a 26 kg Royal Mail postbox to the highest point in every UK National Park and invite others to join him along the way. What started as an impulsive act became a journey about connection, conversation and the power of a postcard.*

13.00 Inclusion, Nature, and WellbeingFreshta Ibrahimi & Lise WortleyFriend of Passenger, Freshta Ibrahimi, is passionate about promoting inclusion and equitable access to the outdoors. For her Master's thesis at the University of Cumbria, she focused on the impact of green spaces on refugee communities, with a particular emphasis on women. For the past two years, Freshta has been a project coordinator at a therapeutic community garden for refugees in Manchester. As a refugee herself who has personally benefited from spending time in nature, she will be sharing her story and discussing how the outdoors has impacted her wellbeing and daily life.Presented by Passenger*
