Kendal Mountain Festival on Tour 2020 - Canterbury

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We've been informed by Gulbenkian that all events over the coming weeks are being postponed due to ongoing concerns surrounding coronavirus. Our Canterbury tour date has therefore
been postponed and we are hoping to run it in Autumn. The box office will be in touch with all ticket holders by email with further information. Thanks for your understanding and please email anna.bailey@mountainfest.co.uk if you have any questions in the meantime.

Fire up your imagination with a thrilling night of adventure.

Watch a collection of our best short films on the big screen – stories of human endurance, breathtaking environments and soul-stirring journeys.

And hear from Fjällräven Ambassador Alan Hinkes OBE, the first and only Briton to climb all 14 of the world's highest mountains, a feat achieved by fewer people than have stood on the moon! Boasting an extraordinary mountaineering track record, Alan's frank and humorous accounts make any of his talks a must-see.

One of the Festival presenting team will host the evening and there’ll be prizes from our tour partners.

This event takes place at: Gulbenkian, University of Kent, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 7NB.

With thanks to our Tour Presenting Partner Fjällräven and partners Mountain Equipment, Lowe Alpine, YETI, FATMAP Explore South Lakeland and Pala Eyewear.
